Ingredients
- 2 pieces of leek
- 500 g ground meat ( 250 g beef and 250 g turkey)
- 8.5 cups of vegetable or beef broth (2 liters)
- 750 g cream cheese (plain and with herbs)
- Salt and pepper to season

Cook time: 25 minutes
How to make the Cream Cheese Leek and Ground Meat Soup
- In a large pot, fry the ground meat with 2 tbsp of olive oil for 5 minutes.
- Wash the leek and cut it into thin rings. Add the rings to the ground meat and fry for another 3 minutes.
- Add the vegetable or beef broth.
- Gradually add the cream cheese and stir until the soup has an even creamy texture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Note: The soup will get thicker as it cools down. If you prefer a more liquid version, simply add more broth.
