Berry Dream

This 5-minute dessert recipe will be your most shared one yet! The Berry Dream requires minimal preparation time, only a handful of ingredients and is always the most appreciated dessert after a heavier lunch or dinner. With a solid berry base, this dessert is full of antioxidants to boost your immune system and dairy to support bone, heart and digestive health.

Ingredients

  • 700 g of frozen berries
  • 900 g of organic Greek yogurt
  • 100 g of powdered sugar (if you have a sweet tooth)
  • 200 g of heavy whipping cream
  • 200-300 g brown sugar

How to Make the Berry Dream

  1. Fill the bottom of a 9-inch bowl with the frozen berries.
  2. Mix the heavy cream until stiff and blend in the Greek yogurt. If you have a sweet tooth, you can stir the powdered sugar into that mix. It is not required.
  3. Evenly cover the berries with the cream-yogurt mixture.
  4. Drizzle brown sugar to create a final solid layer on top.
  5. Place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours (best overnight) to thaw the berries and allow the sugar to artfully make its way into the other layers.
  6. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves as desired.

*Recipe serves 6-8 people.
